Cancellation Policy for Sushi-Wabi-Sabi
In case you need to cancel your catering reservation, we would like to provide you with the following cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellation 10 days or more before the event date: No cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation between 5 and 9 days before the event date: 50% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 4 days of the event date or on the event day: 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Procedure:
To cancel your reservation, please inform us via phone or email. The date of notification will be used to determine the applicable cancellation fees.
Cancellation for Large Events:
For large events with 10 or more attendees, if you notify us of the cancellation at least 14 days before the event date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation Due to Force Majeure:
In the event of natural disasters, accidents, government orders, or any other force majeure situations, the cancellation fee will be waived.
